ORDER PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION TIMES

Order processing time is based on if an item is in stock or if it needs to be produced; many of our pieces are made-to-order and shipping time depends upon your chosen product.  Payment is due at the time the order is placed.  In-stock orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days, while processing time on items that need to be produced can vary between 2 to 3 weeks. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with package tracking information.

CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Customs - Please be aware that we have no authority over a country's local customs department. Usually Federal Express facilitates customs clearance but time of delivery may vary if held by customs.
Shipments outside of Switzerland may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.  Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.
